Active ES guarantees its materials and workmanship. All Active ES products
come with a three year Manufacturer's Warranty. This covers anything
inside the unit should it fail under normal operating parameters.
If at any time during the warranty period the product fails
due to Manufacturer error or design, Active ES will repair the unit at
no cost.
All materials meet strict specifications and are assembled and tested
to the highest standards. This warranty does not cover damage caused
by external factors outside Active ES’ control (such as a high
moisture or dust environment, or damage caused externally). It does
not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, reinstallation, changes made to the load placed
on the unit, or tampering. The product is matched to your existing
circuit breaker capability and exceeding that specific load may cause
damage to our product as well as your electrical infrastructure. Should anyone
exceed the original circuit breakers' load capacity the warranty is invalid
and the unit could fail to perform to specifications, and as with
any electrical product, overheating, product failure, and tertiary
damage could result. Active ES is not liable for improper use or application
of the product.
